But, there was one job he took more seriously than all the rest: rain, sleet, snow, or shine, as the first rays of the morning sun peeked over the horizon, Big Cock would crow to make sure everyone was up and ready for the day. He would stretch his neck up high and flap his wings in delight. Whatever the day held, you could always count on Big Cock to get you up in the morning.
